The Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus is coming to Albany, Georgia. The circus performs February 2-3,2010 at the Albany Civic Center.
When I was a kid I couldn't wait for the circus to come to town and now it is here for all of us Albanians to see and enjoy!
They are bringing the Illuscination show for all to be amazed and wondered by the magic and the mystery hosted by thrillusionist (Ringling Brother's word not mine) David DaVinci.
I believe a day / evening at the circus is one of the best family / best friends or special someone kind of event to have and to share. Where else can you have all the excitement of magnificent animals and the joy of sticky and sweet cotton candy with those you love to have fun with.
If the circus isn't your cup of tea then I recommend some of Albany's great standards as an option for a perfect day. Flint RiverQuarium and Thronateeska Heritage Center and Weatherbee Planetarium are good choices to spend a day with family, friends or that special someone.
